How to complain about Motor Codes

Motor Codes offers free adjudication if you have a complaint relating to your new car warranty, service and repair or a vehicle warranty product.

Motor Codes only offer our dispute resolution service for customers of businesses which are subscribed to their CTSI-approved Codes of Practice, and aim to have all cases resolved within 90 days
