Tesco loses Lidl legal battle over Clubcard logo

Tesco has lost its legal case against rival Lidl over the design of its Clubcard Prices logo, following a ruling by the Court of Appeal. Lidl argued Tesco had infringed its copyright, and taken "Unfair advantage" of its "Reputation for great value". Lidl said it was "Delighted", while Tesco said it was "Disappointed". 3 days ago UK.
