Personal finance expert Martin Lewis explains what rights customers have during the Ryanair pilot shortage. Martin told 5 live Daily's Adrian Chiles: "In a way you're better to be notified with 13 days to go than with 15 days to go." Around 300,000 Ryanair passengers are expected to have their flights cancelled in the next six weeks.
