Dyson settles legal battle with former chief executive
Dyson and its former chief executive have dropped their lawsuits against each other, following a settlement by the British manufacturer to end the two-way legal battle. In its suit filed in November, Dyson claimed its former boss leaked the group's secrets to third parties during his tenure. At the time Mr Conze called the claims a "Ridiculous allegation" and said Dyson was "Merely trying to distract attention from the claims that Dyson know I am about to issue". Revenue last year rose 45 per cent to £2.5bn. Mr Conze was the latest senior executive to leave Dyson in recent months. Many of the major business decisions are still taken by Sir James Dyson, founder and executive chairman, who remains the public face of the company and holds a controlling shareholding.
