Opening Quote: Ocado has confidence in robotic delivery

Ocado said new capacity it had brought on stream at its robotic distribution centres in Andover, southern England, and Erith, near London, had enabled it to achieve double-digit growth in new customer acquisitions in the quarter. What was said: Mr Ashley said: "We have significant challenges ahead in turning House of Fraser around. However, I genuinely believe we have acquired a fantastic opportunity and with the efforts of Sports Direct and House of Fraser teams, and the support of the brands, local councils and landlords, we can turn House of Fraser into the Harrods of the High Street." OQ verdict: It's all very well coining aspirational allusions - describing Sports Direct as the 'Selfridges of Sport' and House of Fraser as the 'Harrods of the High Street'.
