BT boss: We will invest in remote locations
Private investors will be asked to match the amount. Sir Mike Rake, head of BT, told the Today programme that by "2020, 95% of the country will have ultra-fast broadband". He says they are also working on access to broadband in remote areas, pointing out "They will get there... but it will take two to three years".
