Asos taps ex-ITV boss Adam Crozier as new chair

Adam Crozier, the former chief executive of commercial broadcaster ITV, has been appointed chair of the Asos as the online fashion retailer seeks to reassure investors planned infrastructure investments will not damage profitability. He replaces Brian McBride, whose exit was reported in May after six years with the Aim-listed company. Mr McBride will stay with the company until November when Mr Crozier will take up the chairmanship. "It has been a great honour and pleasure to have worked with Asos over these past six years", Mr McBride said on Tuesday. The Asos story is truly impressive and I am tremendously excited to become part of it.
