Ukraine conflict: Jaguar Land Rover pauses car sales to Russia

Jaguar Land Rover says it has paused the delivery of its cars to Russia due to "Trading challenges". The car maker, which has its headquarters in Coventry and plants in Castle Bromwich and Solihull, sold 6,900 vehicles to Russia last year. In recent days global corporations, including car makers and energy giants, have cut business ties with Russia. Britain's biggest car manufacturer, owned by Indian company Tata Motors, has a European manufacturing facility based in Slovakia. JLR does not have any manufacturing sites in Russia nor Ukraine.
